  3、在产品的制造全部过程中，严把质量关，建立严格的管理办法和检验措施。认真按合同、技术文件和有关标准规范进行生产及检验，不合格产品决不出厂，并接受用户或委托第三方进行监督检查。
  4、对所提供的产品质量全面负责。
(二)保证制作进度，及时供货
  1、严格按订货合同规定的时间交货，认真履行合同规范内的各项要求和条款，除非人力不可抗拒的原因外决不推迟交货期。
  2、在制作过程中，如需求方由于设计和现场施工原因需要暂缓或变更等情况，我公司将认真及时配合做好调整。
  3、产品制作完成后，认真做好检验，根据产品的不同情况做好包装、防震、防湿等工作、做好现场验收和交接工作。按用户要求负责运送到交货现场，并及时通知需方。
(三)保证提供优质的售后服务
  1、凡由我公司在生产过程中引起的质量问题,由我公司负责解决。
  2、本公司在接到用户反应的产品质量问题时，不论是否我公司造成的均积极协助解决，并保证24小时内提出处理意见，如需现场处理及时派出服务人员解决问题，以用户满意为第一标准、确保用户的利益，提高企业的信誉。
  3、为产品建立生产检测和技术各项档案，保证每批、件产品具有可追溯性，以备查询。定期走访用户，特别重视用户的反馈意见和评价，不断提高和完善服务措施。
